This is a notice to all concerned people on avoiding corrupt institutions that scam on your dollars.  One such bank is Chase Bank.  They are probably the most scam bank that currently exists!  Just the other day on January 4th, they had the audacity to transfer $25 from my checking to my savings account.  Instead of their service not allowing this transfer to occur because the funding was not available, the bank had the nerve to allow such transfer.  The same day, about $12 worth of items posted to the account.  This allowed for the bank account to be overdrawn.  The bank than had the audacity to charge my $105 dollars in overdraft fees, though the money was moved to my savings account to cover the amount of $12.

I have never heard of such a scam in my entire life!  There has to be some sort of rule against this sort of criminal activity. How can a bank have the nerve to charge me for overdrafting my account; when they took the money that would have covered such payments. Then they have the gaul to turn around and charge the account overdraft fees exceeding $100 for only $12.  This is a grave injustice and a terrorist act.   Terror is causing strife and confusion, and such actions should have been a violation of my rights as a citizen in this country.

I find it ridiculous and deplorable that these injustices and direct violation of justice and liberties exists in a nation that is supposedly founded on these priniciples.  Yet everytime there is a financial disaster, it seems that the rich is constantly benefitting with bonuses and bailouts.  It this is how America wants to continue to operate only servicing the criminals and the wealthy, than regular everyday citizens should not have to abide by its rules and policies.  How does one expect to be patriotic, when justice never works in favor of the common man?  These are the continued hypocrices occurring and nothing is being done to stop the hoarding of wealth by financial institutions at its customers expense. 

This however, is not a surprise considering Chase Bank built its wealth on the banks of slaves.  It is still using slaves, us everyday working clientele, to uphold its corruption and tyranny.  Only if we stand as a people in one voice to decry these corrput polices will this whack system every change.  I encourage everyone who is interested in opening a Chase bank account to find another financial institution, in which their policies are equal and fair.  Chase Bank is definitely not a route you want to take if you want to keep money in your bank account!
