British scientists, according to the Chicago Tribune, announced today that two planets have been found that are similiar to earth.  One is call Gliese 581e, which is a small rocky planet.   A second planet, conveniently named Gliese 581d is in the prime habitual zome for life.  The article went further to state that scientists now use a "holy grail" technology in exoplanet research to locate potential planets similiar to earth. 

That sounds very eerie to me! Who in the hell is to say that researchers haven't already gone to these places, via temporal portals?  I do not see how any technology determines a potential for a planet to have life. This is another ploy setting us up for the ultimate visitation from extra- terrestrials.  I predict within five years we will see new lifeforms discovered by researchers!
